Mohawk Park Tennis Club is a very active and social community tennis club. The Club offers great value to members and welcomes all returning and new members!

* Mohawk Park Tennis Club reserves the right to request proof of age for Junior and Hurricane Hazel memberships and proof of residence for family memberships.

Step 2: Read Carefully and Fill out the Registration Form
Step 3: Submit your form and payment in person at one of MPTC's Club events
Please make cheque payable to Mohawk Park Tennis Club and meet MPTC staff in person to pick up your shoe tag.
